OUR FIVE-phase APPROACH
Embarking on any learning & development programme requires a systematic approach. A roadmap that guides you from inception to execution. We map out this path following five key phases.
1. Analyse
We kickstart success with thorough analysis, delving deep into your organisation to scope the context of your request, identify challenges and gather information through examination, intakes and insights. A dedicated L&D manager ensures process, quality, and tailored program.
2. Design
Crafting a comprehensive L&D plan, we outline steps needed to achieve your transition and impact goals. Collaborating closely with you to foster ownership and support. Prioritising creativity and experiences-based interventions ensures effectiveness and impact.
3. Prepare
In the preparation phase we connect design and planning to execution. We assemble the team of facilitator(s) and experts, fine-tune our approach and prepare the learning process and logistics.
4. Execute
We put the Learning & Development programme into action, as our facilitator(s) expertly guide you during your training journey.
5. Evaluate & Implement
After each module and programme we assess the outcome, gathering feedback and measuring effectiveness and impact against the objectives.
