2025 just kicked off. And as you’re easing back into your work routine, we wanted to share some news:

Peak4 is joining forces with Better Minds to become the leading agency in leadership, talent and team development, wellbeing and transformational change.

We will change our name to Better Minds and will adopt a new look, but our trusted team-, talent- and leadership development programs will remain the same. You can expect the science-backed, experiential learning approach, thoughtfulness, and care in engagement with the Better Minds team. What you already know and love about our work is here to stay — there will just be more of it.

Even better, we’ll also be expanding our learning & development programs to include offerings like keynote speeches, scans and inspiring workshops that help strengthen teams, develop leaders and transform organizations for the better.

With this evolution, our team will nearly double in size, which means we can move quicker and cover more ground. We will offer our combined services from our offices in Antwerp and Amsterdam. We are convinced of the power of combining the best of both worlds:
